Refund Policy

We want you to love your Ripcords merch. If there’s an issue, here’s how refunds work:

    •    Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

    •    Non-Refundable Items: Digital downloads, gift cards, personalized items, and clearance merch.

    •    Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.

    •    Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

    •    Return Shipping: You cover return shipping unless we made an error.
